No evidence <br />of failure was found and the system appeared to be func- <br />tionin~ in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was <br />pumped on December 23, 1994 by ACe Septic Service and the <br />tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee Satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of thm existing on-~ite sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS= <br /> <br />We have no record of the existing system in <br />our files.
