The following cons=ruction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br /> I, The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The p~ojected daily sewage ~low for this project ~s calculated at <br /> 450 gal!one D~ day. Based on soil conditions observed On this <br /> site, th~ disposal field wi~l ~ sized at 150 lin~.l, feet ~er 150 <br /> ~allon~ of projected daily ~wage flow. A minimum of .450 lineal <br /> fee____~t of disposal field will ~ =e~ir~ for you~ p~o~sed develop- <br /> msnt, The disposal trenohes are constructed t~ (2) fee~ wide and <br /> on mln~um ten (10) {oo~ centers and with no liDe exceeding 125 <br /> feet in length. This <br />intercepter trench must be constructed a minin%um twelve (12) inch~s wide by 48 <br />inches dee~ with 36 inches of clean ~avel placed ovmr a four (4) inch smooth <br />wall perforated pipe. The interceptor must be located at least ~en (10) feet <br />upslope from the disposal field and must disOharge through a watertight, non- <br />perforated pipe beside or below the disposal field. A separation of 25 feet is <br />required from the septic tank if the tank is located u~slope of the groundwa- <br />ter interceptor. <br /> <br /> This approval is site s~=ific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office.
