Marion County <br /> <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY DL~VELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />NOTICE OF aPPROVAL: <br /> <br />EVALUATION REPORT FOR AN <br />ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM <br /> <br />October 19, 1994 <br /> <br />CHUCK BAKER <br />8231 N SANTIAM HWY <br />AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325 <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: SITE ~94-3495, <br /> SITE ADDRESS= <br /> <br />FILE <br /> <br /> T=SS, R:2W, S~14, PARCEL A <br />8201KASA LANE, AUMSV~LLE, OR~GON 97325 <br /> <br /> Our office has completed the evaluation for the proposed installation of <br />an on-~ite sewage system. The septic system is proposed to serve a three <br />bedroom re$idense on the property. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage diuposal appears <br />feasible for the property. Approval is for the installation of a STAND~JtD <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM, as described in the attached construction detail and <br />setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval £s giv~s on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />~urther partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a ~ermit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities whish would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to =omply with the abov~ items may void this approval- <br /> <br /> ~h~ reD~rtis not a permit to install the sewage system. A ~mit must <br />he_ObtaiD~dbefore any system g~nstruction occurs.= A permit may be issued 0sly <br />after the property has be~n found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. l" = 60'), must be submitted <br />with the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation repo~t is valid until an on-site sewage system is <br />installed pursuant to th~ oon~truetlos permit obtained from this office, or <br />un~il earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission <br />rules- Subject to the ~bove, this repo=t run~ with the land and will automati- <br />cally benefit subsequent owners. <br /> <br /> Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4=30.
