In addition, a stakeout of the house and s~tic sys~ on <br /> each lot must be completed prior tO ie~uanca of any septic <br /> permits. The ~akeout must b~ completed in accordance with <br /> the attached instructions. The hou=o site must be placed on <br /> the lot after both the initial and replacement septic <br /> systems have been physically staked Out on the pro~=ty. <br /> Remember that any excavation work dOwnslo~ of the septic <br /> system and in excess of 30 inohes dee~ will require a 25 <br /> foot setback :o the septic system.
