October 19~ 1994 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE HUMBER: <br /> <br />CHUCK BAKER <br />94-3494, p~CEL D, 4.44 ACP~S <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SiTE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />sYST~H. The following construction Specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion Of your septic system. <br /> <br />The Septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br />gallons, <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />4~0 ~allons Der day, Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feg~ per 150 <br />~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of ~ <br />.~D~t of disposal field will be required for yOUr proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) fOe~ centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length, The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (Zl"} and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of ~4 inch~s a~d a maximum trench <br />depth of 24 inches. There must be at leant 12 lnehe~ of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field <br /> in the approved area and at ths correct depth. <br /> <br /> A groundwater inte~s~or is re~/uired as part of this system. This <br /> interceptor trench must be constructed a minimum twelve (12) inches wide by 42 <br /> inches deep with 36 inches of clean gravel placed over a four (4) inch smooth <br /> wall p~fo~ated pipe. The interceptor must be located at least ten (10) feet <br /> upslope from the disposal field and must discharge through a watertight, non- <br /> perforated pipe beside or below the disposal field. A separation of 25 feet is <br /> required from the septic tank if the tank is located upsloDe of =he groundwa- <br /> ter interceptor. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br /> must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br /> rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br /> pro~S~d for a different area on the property. <br /> <br /> SPECI~ CO~ITIONS: <br /> Construct the draiBfiel~s on ~he convex landfo~me within the area of the <br /> ~oil ~e~t pits. ~ pre-construction field stakeout <br /> e~tablish the elevations and locations of the i~dividual drainfield <br /> lines prior to siting ~lls an~ all ex0a~a=ions. Refer to the stakeout <br /> procedure and the ~etback list for details to complete the stakeout. <br /> Not~, es~clally the fifty feet min~ setback from seasonal drainage <br /> ways. Th~ list of licensed semis syst~ installers and consultants who <br /> can assist wl~h the s%ake~u~ are included for your convenience. Soil <br /> conditions are marginal fo~ standard e~s~em construction. Use care not <br /> to alt~r the natural topsoiI prior ~o con~=N~=tion.
