The following construction sl)ecifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity 0~ <br />gallons- <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />~50 ~a110ns D~ day. Based on soil conditions observed on thi~ <br />site, the disposal field will be size4 at 1SO lineal fe~t Des 150 <br />qallons Of projected daily sewage flow. A mini~um of 450 %~heal <br />~eet of disposal field w£11 be required for your prOpOSed develop- <br />ment. ~he disposal trenches are constructed two (2) f~t wide and <br />on min~um ten (10) f~t centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br /> <br />level (~1") and comtoured to follow the nagural ground su~fac~. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with seJ~lal dis=~ibutios <br />with a mini~k~m trench depth of ~4 in~e8 a~d a maximum ~rench <br />depth of i~. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the t~p of the g~avei, ~asured from the natural g~eund <br />surface. <br /> <br /> A g~Otlndwater intercelYco= is required as part of this system. This <br />interceptor trench must be constructed a minimum twelve {12)inches wide by 48 <br />inches deep with 40 inches of clean!~ravel placed over a four (4) inch smoo~h <br /> <br />upslope f=~ the dis~sal field and]must discharge through a watertight, non- <br /> <br />re, ired from the septic tank if the tank Is located up,lope of the groundwa- <br />te~ ln~e~0e~o=. <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump ma~ be necessary to construct the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct dash. <br /> <br /> This approval is site ~ecific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area Of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rised by this Office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />p~oposed for a different a~ea on the p~c~erty. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the drainfields as far u~slope as possible within the south- <br /> westerly Dart of the pNoper~y. Avoid the concave land-form and associat- <br /> ed drainage swale. A pre-pe~mlt field stakeout will be necessary to <br /> establish the locations and ~levations of the individ~al drainfield <br /> lines for beth systems. Refer to the enclosed stakeout procedure and the <br /> setback list fo= details to eo~ple~e the stakeout. Defer any excavation <br /> and siting all wells until the dralnfield sites aec confi~d. Use care <br /> not to alter the natural to,sell prior to drainfleld installation. <br /> Drainfi~ld construction should be l~ited to the d~-soil suer s~ason <br /> tO avoid excessive soil compaction. <br /> <br /> <br />
