AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325
Site Number: 94-4606, E. PO T/L:500, PARCEL

A~ inspection was made at the above address on February
3, 1995 to determine the condition of the existing
site sewage system located on the property. No evidence
of failure was found and the system appeared to be func-
tioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was
pumped on January 10, 1995 by Stayton Septic Ssrvice and
the tank was inspected at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

COM/~ENTS:

Our records indicate that the system was
constructed May 8, 1972 and consist~ of a 900
gallon septic tank and 225 feet of drain-
field. Future repairs will probably include
an effluent pump to a drainfield site upslope
of the house. The existing drainfield is
quite close to the pond which might affect
its performance, especially during the rainy
winter season.

Our office hours are Monday through
Please contact our office if you
concerning thi~_report.

Marion c0un~¥ ~uild~ng Inspection
LEE A GRIMES, SOIL SCIENTIST

Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
have any questions

Communit70e~e[opmen: Center ' 285 Church Street N.E., Room 13:2 * Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
