EUTRIC~K <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDBRD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following sonstruetion specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shell have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projeoted daily sewage flow for this project is ¢&leulated at <br />4S0 ~akloDs Der day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal feet Der 150 <br />.gallo~ of pro~ected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 225 ~ineal <br />fees of disposal field Will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches a~e constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10} foot denters and with no line exeeedi~g 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with f~rial distribution <br />with a minimum trench ~depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 36 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />ever the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />· USt be located in the in~ediate area of the test pits unless etherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site ~galuation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS~ <br /> A pre-const=uotien field st~keemt will be required to establish the <br /> locations and el~ations of the individual drainfield li~es of both <br /> systems prior to any excavation. Use care in siting the house and <br /> appurtenances so not to encumber ~he drain~ield areas. R~fer to the <br /> stakeout 9rocedure and the Setback lis= fo= details to complete the <br /> stakeout. Note, especially the setback form the water-line easement. An <br /> alternative sand filter system with 90 feet of dralnfield minimum will <br /> be necessary for future =epai=s. <br /> <br /> <br />
