The following construction s~cifications ehall apply <br />to the installation of your septic system. <br /> <br /> The septic ~ank shall have a minimum liquid capacity Of i000 <br /> gal~on~. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily eewage ~ow for thie 9rojec~ i~ calculated at <br /> 3_00 ~alloes per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the dis~sal field will be slz~d at 72 lineal fep~ oar 150 <br /> ~allons of ~re~ected daily ~ewage flow. A minimum of ~44 lineal <br /> ~ of disposal field will be r~/~ir~d ~er your proposed develo9- <br /> ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum tan (~O) foe% Tenters and with ne line exceeding 125 <br /> feet in length. Refer to <br /> ~he ~nclosed setback list Which octlines minimum separation distances <br /> b~tween components of ~eptlc systems and other features~ existin9 and <br /> proposed. The driveway access must be from ~he road easemen~ along the <br /> northerly prepeTty llne. Ne further cute will be allowed on the souther- <br /> ly portion of the property.
