As a result of that investigation, it has been determined that the site sp~oified on you~ applica- tion do~s not qualify ~or a standard septic system ~ any o~ the alternative Th~ principal reasons foT denial of this ~ite are related ~0 shallow seasonal water levels. The following paragraphs outline the specific reasons fo~ this denial. WATER TABLES: A water table, as indicated by conditions associated with tion, wa~ observed on the property as follows: ' a. Notify this office of your request in writing and within ninety (90} days of the initial si~e evaluation.
