No evidence Of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner. The septic tank was pumped on 1/Z6/94 by Stayton <br />Septic Services and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Marion County Planninq. An application for a <br />re-evaluation of the septic system will be required tWO <br />years from the date of this notice. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />We have no record of the septic system other <br />than the report from Stayton Septic Services <br />that the concrete tank is about 750 gallons <br />and the drainfield was operating normally. <br /> <br />This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />Ma~°n County ~uilding Inspection <br />LEE A.
