SE. AUMSVILLE, OREGON

In reviewing the applications you submitted for the
manufactured home and septic system I find that the plot
plan is not draw~ to scale with enough detail for me to
consider for the permits. I suggest that you employ the
services of a qualified licensed septic system installer
to rield stakeout the proposed drainfield lines and all
other proposed construction. Then you can develop a to-
scale-drawn plot plan from the stakeout.

Please refer to the site evaluation letter dated August
31, 1992 for details of construction requirements. Note,
especially the limited area that can be considered for
the standard system installation and the requirement of
the upslope curtain drain. There are also other items
that must be included in the construction of the systems.
Be sure your installer is aware of the requirements and
limitations.

Call, if you have any questions. I am usually in the
office between 8 and 10 A/~. We must delay your applica-
tions pending the revised plot plan. Be sure to include
all information that will allow quick review. Show the
locations of the test pits for example because the drain-
field must be loGated in reference to the test pits.

Fu%RION cOUNTY, BUILDING INSPECTIONS

Senator Building 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
