NE, Aurora <br /> Site Number: 93-03344 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on october <br />13, 1993 to determine if the existing on-site sewage <br />system located on the property appeared a~equate to serve <br />the purpose described in the attached application. This <br />application is to replace an existing house with a manu- <br />factured home. No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner, The septic tank was pumped on september 30, 1993 <br />by Carl's septic Tank cleaning and the tank was inspected <br />at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory er continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site ~ewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval ~ay be required for the proposed development o~ <br />the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />A new i000 gallon concrete septic tank has <br />been installed and will be connected to the <br />mfg. home prior to occupancy.
