July lB, 1994
APPLICANT:

PAY ~ILMARTIN C/O ACE SEPTIC SERVICE
94-2685

Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL
SYSTEM. The following constr~c~ion speoificati0ns shall apply to the installa-
tion o~ your septic sys~e~.

1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1900
gallons.

The projected daily sewage flow for this project iS calculated at
450 ~allq~s oer_da¥. Based on soil conditions observed on this
site, th~ disposal fiel~ will be sized et lS0 lineal feet per 150
Gallons of projected daily sewage .flow. A minimum of 450 lineal
feet of disposal field will be required for yo~r ~roposed develop-
ment. The disposal ~enohes are sonstructed two (2} feet wid~ and
on minimum ~e~ (10) foot centers and with nO line exceeding 12S
feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed
level (~1") and contoured to follow %he natural ground sub, ace.

The disposal field s~all be constructed with ~¢ri~l distribut,,ion
with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench
depth of ~4 inches. There must be at leae~ ~2 inc~s of ba~k~ill
over the top of the gravel~ n~asured fr~Y~ the natural ground

This approval is site spesific to the area te~ted and the septic system
~ust be located in the in~ediate area of the test pits unless o~herwise autho-
rized by this office. A new site evaluatio~ may be requlrCd if the system is

SPECIAL OONDZTION$~
Construct the drainfi~lds On the upper part O~ the property. Avoid the
westerly test pit and the southeasterly three pits where the soil is
shallower to brittle clay and firm saprolite. A pre-construction field
stakeout is recommended to establi~h the elevations and locations of th~
individual drainfield lines of both systems prior to any excavation and
si~ing the w~ll. Refer tO ~he enclosed stakeout prosedure and the set-
back list for details to complete the Stakeout. Soil conditions are
marginal for standard System consideration. Use c~e not =o alter the
natural topsoil prior =o constructien. AllOW space ~or a future upslope
curtain drain shoul~ it prove necessary. An effluent pump might be
re. ire4 to locate the drainfields within ~he a~roved area at th~
correct deDth.
