(Section S2D; T~S; R1W) GLADS <br />?00 and 800. <br /> <br />DECISION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Partit~oning <br />application s~bject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />This approva~ is valid 'o~ly w~ the fiDal partitioning map Is <br />recorded b¥~O_~~ ~j ]9~,1 ~ After recording the final <br />partitioning map, the applicant shall provide proof of the <br />recording to the Planning ~ivision. This can be either a copy of <br />the recording fee receipt o~ a copy of the map showing the 0ounty <br />Clerk's stamp. The dedication shall be by Warranty ~eed <br /> (Warranty Deed enclosed). <br /> <br /> The applicant shall submit either evidence that the access <br /> easement has been improved to the standards in section VII(6) <br /> of the Mar/on County Subdivision and Partitionin~ Ordinance <br /> or s~bmlt a Roadway Improvement Agreement (ordinance reference <br /> and agreement enclosed). The roadway m~st Oe named and all <br /> parcels in the sub,eot application using the roadway for <br /> aCcess must be addressed using the new roadway name. <br /> <br /> <br />
