The follo~4ing construction spe¢ifica=iens shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br /> 1- Th~ septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily s~wage flow for this project is calculate~ at <br /> 450,,~allons ~r day. Ba~ed on soil conditions observed on this <br /> site, the dis~sal field will ~ si~e~ at 1~0 ,~ine,~% fe~t Der 150 <br /> ~allons o~ project~ daily s~age flow. A minimum of 4S0 l,,~nea,%, <br /> feet of dis~sal flel~ will be r~ired for your proposed deve!~p- <br /> meet. The dis~sal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br /> on minimum ten (10) foo~ centers and with no lin~ exceeding 125 <br /> feet in len~h. The ~renches and perforated pipe are installed <br /> level (~1-) and con~oured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br /> 3. A new site evaluation ma~ be re, ired if the system is <br />pro~sed for a different area on the pro~rty. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS= <br /> The drainfielda cannot be constructed within the concave landform of the <br /> drainag~ swale. The lines must be install~t on straight slopes or convex <br /> surfaces and contoured ,to the natural landform. A pre-construction field <br /> a~akeout will be necessary to establish the locations and elevations cf <br /> the individual drainfield lines for beth systems. Refer to the enclosed <br /> stakeout procedure and the setback li~ for details to complete the <br /> stakeout. Note, especially the separatien distance required betwaen the <br /> septic tank an8 curtain drain depending u~e whether the tank is above <br /> or below the curtain drain. A list of licensed septic system ins=allers <br /> who can a~i~t with the stakeout is included for your convenience.
