This application <br />is to replace the two bedroom mobile home with a new <br />three bedroom manufactured home. No evidence of failure <br />was found and the system appeared to be functioning in a <br />satisfactory manner. The septic tar~k was pu~ped on 6/5/91 <br />by Stayton Septic Services and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued wie-h the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank Dumper approximately every five years, This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />Our records indicate that two septic systems <br />were installed on this property in 1972. one <br />system consists of a 750 gallon tank and 100 <br />feet of drainfield and the other a 750 gallon <br />ta~Lk and 150 feet of drainfield.
