The following construction specifications shall apply to the <br />installation of your septic ey~tem. <br /> <br /> 1. The septic tank shall have a minimu~ liquid capacity of 100~ <br /> <br /> 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br /> 450 qal10n~ p~r ,hay. Eased on ~oil conditions observed on =his <br /> site, the disposal field will be sized at 45 lineal ~eet ~er 150 <br /> gallo~ of p~o~ected dally sewage fl~. A min~ of ~3~ lineal <br /> ~ O~ ~i~o~a~ fi~l~ will ~ r~ired for you~ pro~ed develop- <br /> <br /> on min~um ~en (10} foot center~ and with no line exceeding 125 <br /> feet in length. The trenche~ and perforated pi~ are installed <br /> level (~1") a~d c0ntoure~ to follow the natural ground murface. <br /> <br /> 3- Th~ dis~al field ~hall be ~onstructed with ~al distribution <br /> w%%h a mia&mum trench d~pth of 18 in~hes and a m~imum ~rench <br /> depth of 1~ inches. There mu~ be at least 6 ln~hes of backfill <br /> over the to~ of the gravel, ~asured from the natural ground <br /> surface. <br /> <br /> 4. The sand filter system shall be designed and operated as per OAR <br /> 340-71-290 through 340-91-30S. Detailed plans for the ~yStem must <br /> be submitted prior to permit issuance. A building permit is <br /> required if a site built =oncrete box is used as the sand filter <br /> c~ntainer. A pamphlet is available in our offic~ which d~tails the <br /> requirements for a sand filter system. <br /> <br /> A~ effluent lift pu~p may be necessary to oonstruet the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct dapth. <br /> <br /> This approval is site s~aifie to the area tested and the septic system <br />mus~ be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new ~ite evaluation may be r~q~/ired if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS= <br /> Construct the drainfields on the highest part of the property within the <br /> i~mediate area of the northwesterly test pi~. The easterly pit <br /> slightly lower which will require a ca~0ing fill in conjunction with the <br /> sand filter drainfield. Uso care not to disturb the natural soil <br /> conditions (~Opsoil} within the a~ea of ~he drainfleld sit~s. Filter <br /> fabric is required to cove~ the drainfield drainrook prior to backfill- <br /> ing- Observe all ~Ormal setback/separation distances.
