Conditions require an alternative
sand filter system to achieve a full code installation.

Please make application for the repair permit at our
office if you are interested in constructing the pressur-
ized distribution system in lie~ of the currently
proved sand filter repair.

The old septic tank that the sewage effluent is being
p%lmped into should be pumped e~pty and p~operly abandoned
at the earliest opportunity. The open tank is a health
hazard that must be eliminated as soon as possible.

Call, if you have any questions.
office between $ and 10 AM.

MARION COUNTY, BUILDING INS~F.
