The following construction specifications shall apDly to the installa- tion of your septic System. 1. The septic tank ~hall have a minimum liquid capacity of ~ ~ gallons. 2. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450~a~llons Der da~. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, =he dispesal field will be sized at 1S0 lineal feet De.~.150 qallons Of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of ~ feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (tl') and contoured ko follow the natural ground surface. 3. The disposal field shall be eenst~cted with serial diG~r~butien with a minimum trench de~th o~ ~4 inches and a maximum trench depth of ~4 inches, There must be at least ~ inches of backfill ever the tOD ef the gravel, measu~e~ from the natural ground An ~ffluent lift pump may be uecesaary to construct the disposal field in the approved area and at the eormect depth. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the sPEcIAL CONDITIONS: Construct the original drainfield as far up.lOpe aS pOSsible within the Southwesterly par~ of the property. Avoid the n0~the~ly concave land- form. A pre-permit field stakeout will be necessary to establish the locations and elevations of the individual drainf£el~ lines of both systems. I~mfer to the enclosed stakeout procedure an~ the s~tbaek llst for details to complete the stakeout. Defer any exuavatien and siting all wells-until the drainfield locations are confirmed.
