AU~SVILLE, OREGON 97325
site Nth~ber: 93-00028

An inspection was made at the above address on 9/22/93 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system located
on the property appeared adequate to serve the purpose
described in the attached application. This application
is to change the occupancy of the building to an office
with 18 employees.. No evidence of failure was found and
the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner. The septic tank was pumped on 6/25/90 by Stayton
Septic Services and the tank was inspected at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pulped and. inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every'five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COM~ENTS~

The existing septic system consists of a 1000
gallon concrete septic tank an two 95 feet
long drainfield lines. The tank and drain-
field are located under the graveled parking
area. Future repairs will probably include an
alternative sand filter system- Soll condi-
tions are marginal with a shallow seasonal
and regional water table. The existing system
is encumbered by a fairly heavy traffic area.

Our office hours are Monday through
Please contact our office if you
concerning this report.

M~rion county Bu~iding zhspecti'~h,"'
LEE A.
