As
drawn, with the inclusion of the garage, not enough area
is available for the septic system drainfields. The
standard system construction detail sheet of the site
evaluation report requires 150 lineal feet of drainfield
for each of the original and replacement drainfields.

A pre-construction field stakeout of all development will
be necessary to establish accurately how much drainfield
can actually be constructed. Refer to the enclosed stake-
out procedure for details to complete the stakeout. I
believe Kevin Mills, who prepared the soil test pits for
the site evaluation, can assist you with the stakeout.

Alternative sand filter septic systems can be considered
which require a lesser amount of drainfield should you
find the amount of drainfield for standard systems cannot
be sited within the available area. Refer to the setback
list which outlines minimum separation distances between
septic systems and other features.

We must hold your building permit application pending the
results of the stakeout. Call, if you have any questions.
I am usually in the office between 8 and l0 AM.
L~.
