The following constructie~ Specifications shall apply to the installa- tion Of yOUr Septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. 2. The propected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 450 ~allons~e~ day, Based on soil 0o~ditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 15O....~ineal feet~er 150 fi~llons of projected daily Sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lin~a_l ~ of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are construoted two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and p~forat~d pip~ are installed level (~1") and contoured ~o fellow the natural ground surface. 3. The disposal field shall be constr~c~ed with serial distribution with a minimu~ trench dept~ o~ 24 inch~s and a maximum trench depth of 30 inches. There must b~' at least 12 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. · hio approval is si~e specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in th~ immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by thi~ office. A new ~ite evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area On the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Soil conditions are better within the area of the two westerly test pits, Construs~ the drainfield in =hat area if possible. Contour the drainlines to the natural landform surface. DO not cut or grade to correct the slope within the original and replacement drainfield sites.
