However, the site appears e~itable for <br />the installation of an alternative seepage trench systems as described in the <br />attached construction detail and se%back sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval iS given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />f~rther partitioned or subdivided and ~hat conditions O~ ~hls property and on <br />adjacent prep~ties are not altered in any manne= whish would prohibit the <br />issuance o~ a permit. A permit may ~e issued only <br />after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A statement of Land Use <br />Compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction Dermit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, drawn to scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be submitted <br />with the Dermlt aDDlication b~fer~ the construction-installation p~rmit can b~ <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic lsStaller. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system i~ <br />£n~talled p~rsuant to the construction pc=mit obtained from this o~fiee, er <br />~ntil earlier cancellation pursuant te the Environmental Quality Commission <br />rules, subject to the absve, this report runs with the land and will automati- <br />cally benefit subsequent Owners. <br /> <br /> O~r office h~urs are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
