No evidence of failure was
found and the system appeared to be functioning in a
satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on March
22, 1989 by Clinkscales Septic PumD Service and the tank
was inspected at that time.

Approval of hardship ~obile homes is s~ to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An ~gplica~ion f?r a
re-evaluation of the septic system wil~ not k~ required
in the future.

COMMENTS: The Septic system was designed for a main
residence and hardship home when the system
was originally installed. Based on the sizing
of the syste~, it is not necessary to further
evaluate the septic system as part of the
renewal process for the hardship placement.
In order to properly maintain the septic
system, it is recommended that the septic
tank be pumped approximately every five (5)
yeats.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory o~' continuous
Operation of the existing on-site Sewage disposal system.

Marion aunty Buildzng inspection
Robert Foster, Registered Sanitarian

Senator 8ulid[n~ 220 High Street NE SaJem, Oreson 97301-3670
