This application is to place a hardship mobile <br />home on the property. No evidence of failure was found <br />and the system appeared to be functioning in a satis- <br />factory manner. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operatio~ of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system. Planning approval may be required for the pro- <br />posed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />We have no record of the existing septic <br />system in our files. A new septic tank is <br />being installed under the attached permit. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, $:00 to <br />4:30.
