It was noted <br /> that the installation deviated from the architects plan details, <br /> specifically detail 1/A530. <br /> 1.2 It was noted by all that the approved plans called for None <br /> stainless steel through wall flashing set in a bed of sealant. <br /> the <br /> 1.3 It was noted that the contractor installed an alternate Josh Rupe will <br /> Flashing consisting of a liquid applied membrane using a Provide a <br /> product provided by Dryvit. A continuous liquid applied letter <br /> membrane was installed in lieu of more traditional felt. Stating that <br /> the <br /> It was discussed that the typical masonry flashing detail installation is <br /> called for through wall flashing. Don pointed out that the satisfactory <br /> code section 1405.4 requires flashing to be installed in such and is <br /> a manner to prevent moisture from entering the wall or to warrantable <br /> redirect it to the exterior. Don requested that metal flashing be <br /> [ installed in this area. The general contractor and masonry <br /> �r contractor inspected the exposed concrete shelf and installed <br /> window assembly and agreed to install the metal flashing. <br />
