That there is a significant separation between Delta and <br /> Bravo means that actual fire risks are further reduced. Sheet T1.1 shows that under IBC the <br /> actual area is 25%of allowable area. That the proposal is for much less than the allowable areas, <br /> means that fire and other hazards also are reduced, which means an alternate for the east yard, <br /> such as proposed, is reasonable to allow. <br />
