Electrical, plu~bing, <br /> <br />meohan~al, and subsurface ~ewage permits are alway~ <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />On rever~e side, draw a plot plan, indicating location <br />of proposed structure On the property with exact <br />distances from all other existing buil~ings on the <br />property and from the preper~y lines.
