S~TUS ~0. <br />ZONE ~ MA~___S~CTION <br /> <br />DgCLARATiON OF AGRICULTURALn~ EXEMPT ST~UCTUI~E <br /> <br /> TAX ACCOUNT NO~ ACRES~__ <br /> <br />TWNSHP RANGE <br /> <br />An agricultural structure built on my property, located at <br /> will be used for farm use <br />only and i~ e~pt fr'~m a buli"ding permit as provided under <br />Marion County Structural and Mechanical Ordinance No. 778. <br /> <br />An agricultural building shall mean and apply to a building <br />located upon agricultural property and used to shelter farm <br />implements, hay, grain, poultry, livestock, or other farm <br />produce, in which there is no human habitation and which <br />shall not be used by the public or for comraercial ~se. <br /> <br />A farm shall be defined as property classified as farm <br />deferral by the county assessor. <br /> <br />I understand that in the future if I should use the building for <br />my own personal storage, for ¢omm~rolal purposes, re-establish a <br />dwelling in it, or operate the building using ~ver 144 man-hours <br />working w~ekly, that I will be require~ to obtain all necessary <br />building and land use permits through both Marion County Building <br />Inspect/on and Marion County Planning Division. <br /> <br />NOTICE: Ail structures located in a flood plain are not exempt <br /> and require buil4img permits. Electrical, plu~bing, <br /> <br />meohan~al, and subsurface ~ewage permits are alway~ <br /> <br />NOTE: <br /> <br />On rever~e side, draw a plot plan, indicating location <br />of proposed structure On the property with exact <br />distances from all other existing buil~ings on the <br />property and from the preper~y lines.
