Tax lot 61381-009 <br /> <br />D_~: Notice is hereby given that the Planning~ Director for <br />Marion County has A~pROVED the above described Conditional Use <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />Thi~ conditiona~uSe permit is valid only when exercised by c~ <br />.3~. }~, ~3 . The effective period of an approved Condit- <br />ional use 'may be extended for an additional year subject to <br />approval of an extension (~xtension form available from the <br />Planning Div~sion). <br /> <br />This permit may be renewed for successive one year periods if the <br />applicant submits to the ~lanning Department, on an annual basis, <br />a new Physician's Certificate which ~ndlcates that the hardship <br />continues to exist. <br /> <br />This d~ctstom does not include approval of a building pelmit. <br /> <br />~ The following conditions must be <br />~ermit can be o~tained or the approved use e~ <br /> <br />The applicant ~hall obtain approval for ~ubsurface sewage <br />disposal and all other required permits from the Marion County <br />Building InspeCtion Division. <br /> <br />The applicant ahall submit a Mobile Home Removal Agreement tO <br />the Planning DiVision. This agreement specifies that <br />placement of the mobile home is t~mporary and that it will be <br />removed after the hardship ceaaes to exist (agreement <br />enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall sign and submit a Declaratory Statement <br />to the Planning Division. This statement shall be recorded <br />by the applicant with the Marion County Clerk after it has <br />been reViewed and signed by the Planning Director (Peele=at- <br />cry Statement enclosed). <br /> <br />The applicant shall trim brush to the west o~ the proposed <br />driveway in order to provide 400 feet of eight distance by the <br />standard County-method an~ obtain a driveway permit from the <br />Public Works Department. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Once the approved use is established the <br />following conditions must be continually satisfied: <br /> <br /> <br />
