SE <br />Aumsville, OregOn <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on April <br />25, 1989 to determine if the existing on-site sewage <br />system located on the property appeared adequate to <br />serve the purpose described in the attached applica- <br />tion. This application is to replace the existing house <br />with a new house. No evidence of failure was found and <br />the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner. The septic tank was pumped on May 2, 1983 by <br />stayton septic service and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice iS issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped a~d inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system. ~lanning approval may be required for the <br />proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic <br /> system in our files. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through <br />4:30.
