SE <br />AUmsville, OregOn 97325 <br /> <br />An inspection was sade at the above address on July 24, <br />1991 to determine if the existing on-site sewage system <br />appeared adequate to serve the hardship mobile home <br />located on the property. No evidence of failure was <br />found and the system aDpeared to be functioning in a <br />~atisfactory manne~. The septic tank was pumped on <br />October 17, 1991 by Stayton Septic Service and the tank <br />was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a <br />re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two <br />(2) years from the date of this notice. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />The septic system was installed and inspected <br />in January of 1972. <br /> <br />This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />Senator Building - 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670 <br /> <br /> <br />
