Tha~ is~ take $0 £eet o£~ the north boundary <br />line o£ Lot 2 and aldd it to Lot 1. <br /> <br />The subsurface sewaige disposal system £or Lot No. 1 must be <br />located in the southern (h~iher ground) 1/3 of the lot.
