SE <br />Stayton, Oregon 97383 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on November 12, 1987 <br />to determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the <br />property appeared adequate to serve the purpose described in the <br />attached application. This application is to replace a mobile <br />home. No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to <br />be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was <br />pumped on September 27, 1985 by ~Stayton Septic Service and the <br />tank was inspected at that time. ~ <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumged and inspected approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of <br />the existing On-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: We have no record of the existing septic system in our <br /> files.. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through <br />contact our office if you have any <br />repot ~ <br /> <br />Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
