The $o~2 ~on~ervation Service has identified Class IZ and ZV <br />eol~s on th~ prope~Y- <br /> <br />~ signed ~hyS$ctan~s Cer~icate has ~een submStted for <br />Vlrginta Wadsworth indicating she has medical conditions <br />that preclude her from ~aintalning a complete separate and <br />detached dwelling apart from her family. <br /> <br />The applicant proposes to place a mobile home to be occupied <br />by Virginia Wadsworth. The applicants will provide ~he <br />needed care. <br /> <br />The Nation County Building Inspection Division provided the <br />~ollow~ng comments: <br /> <br /> "The 'location of mobile homes for hardship <br /> purposes requires a~l Authorization Notice ~ <br /> evaluation of the septic system. This <br /> authorization must be re-evaluated annually <br /> until the mobile home is removed. <br /> <br />The location of existing on-site sewage <br /> <br />drawings and/or exposure of parts Of the <br />system to verify its location." <br /> <br />In order to approve a mobile home under hardship situations <br />in a~ SA zone, the applicant must demonstrate tha~ ~) the <br />mobile home ~s compatible w~h farm Or forest nse~ ~) it <br />does not tn~erfere seriously with farm or forest practices <br />on adjacent lands~ $) It does not materially alter the <br />stability of the land use pattern of the area= 4) adequate <br />fire protection and other rural services are available: 5) <br />it will not have a sign/f/cant adverse impact on timber <br />production, grazing land, watersheds, fish ~ wlldlif~ <br />habitat, soil and ~lope stabilit~, a~r and water g~a~tty, <br />and outdoor recreation activities~ and 6) it shall be <br />situated upon land that ia generally o~nsul~able fo~ farm or <br />forest use. A Phy~lcia~'s Certificate must also be provided <br />demonstrating that those res/ding ~n the extra mobile home <br />are physically incapable of maintaining a separate reel~ <br />dence without assis~anoe that is nearby. <br /> <br />The proposed mobile home will be plaoed at least ?00 feet <br />from commercial farm u~es to the north. This location is <br />adequate to b~fer ~he mobile home from interference with <br />farm uses. Since the home ie temporary the land nee ~attern <br /> <br />evidence0 adequate f~re protection and o~her rural services <br />are available and there wi1! not be any adverse impact on <br />the resources sought to be protected by 8.5 above.
