Dupla pumps and an effluent screen are required. Refer to the signed approvedsiteplan dated September22,2003. Also,refer to the system specifications on page 2 of theperndt document ADETAII.ID SEPTIC SYSTEM STAKEOUT IS REQUIREDpriorto the issuance of a septic syseuiinstallation ye„uit The area forte system is very limited and the stalceoutmostbe completed to determine that the system will fit within the area of the aypaovcd test pits.A scale dawn,detailed site plan must b submitted with the application for the installation permit The C*eout must be inspected on the property and approved before the permit can be issued.Instructions for the stakeout are attached and are available in our office. `is) DUPLEX hFFLUENT LIFT PUMPS WILL BE REQUIRED to install the septic system disposal field in the appoved area and at the required depth.Detailed instructions for dosing tank/effluent pump p installations are available in our office. The electrical wiring to the pimp and alarm must be installed in accordance with the siruy:Isle Electrical('nine-The electric work must be done under a Marion County Electrical Permit and must be inspected and approved by a Marion County Electrical Inspector. The work mast be left uncovered and accessible for inspection.The electrical inspection includes the connections to the pump and alarm in the dosing tank,the wiring in the trench and the connections in the stnu:nna OBSERVE ALL SETBACKS AND SEPARATION DISTANCES as required by the DEQ rules The well placement is especially critical and must be located at least once-hundred(100)feet from the approved initial and replacement DLA)NPIELD areas.A copy of the DEQ setback requirements is available in our office. 11ib APPROVED SEPTIC SYSTEM ARE A MUST BE PROTECTED from any vebiculartraffic,-livestock mad farming activities. Other activities such as logging, excavating or filling, driveway placement or any similar activities may also damage the soil in the area and adversely affect the septic system approval.The areas of the initial septic system and the future repair system mmst both be protected.
