All conditions crated in my April 25~ 1991 letter of approv- al must be met. In addition, a stakeout of the house and septic system on each lot must be completed prior to icsuance of any septic permits. The stakeout must be completed in accordance with the attached instructions. The hc~se site must be placed on the 10t after both the initial and replacement septic systems have been physically staked out on the property. Remember that any excavation work downslope of the septic system and in excess of 30 inches deep will require a 25 foot setback to the septic system. An inspection will be made of the property after each stakeout is completed and before each septic p~rmit is issued in the subdivision. Please submit a cody of the final plat of the subdivision to our office. This should reflect the changes in property lines and changes in numbering that have taken place since the preliminary plat wac submitted for evaluation.
