The stakeout must be completed in accordance with <br />the attached instructions. The hc~se site must be placed on <br />the 10t after both the initial and replacement septic <br />systems have been physically staked out on the property. <br />Remember that any excavation work downslope of the septic <br />system and in excess of 30 inches deep will require a 25 <br />foot setback to the septic system. An inspection will be <br />made of the property after each stakeout is completed and <br />before each septic p~rmit is issued in the subdivision. <br /> <br />Please submit a cody of the final plat of the subdivision to <br />our office.
