Butte Street in Detroit, Oregon. <br /> <br />On February 27, 1997 we did a site visit to your property, <br />Your property pins are exposed~ and. we installed new sticks. <br /> <br />From our measurements, and after talking with the City of <br />Detroit, the excavation and site preparation that was <br />previously done will not accommodate your 28'x48' <br />manufactured home, It appears that someone started excavation <br />without checking with the City's set-backs prior to <br />excavation. <br /> <br />You have a 20 foot set-back from your east property line, and <br />15 feet from the north line. You would have to expand your <br />west side approximately 20 feet which would interfere with <br />your drainfield area, not allowing room for your drainfleld. <br />You may need to request a variance with City of Detroit which <br />normally takes about 45 days, with a $75.00 fee. <br /> <br />I have contacted Lee Grimes of <br />Department.
