With this information you now have the following; <br /> 1. Architectural Sheets A-1 and A-2, signed and stamped by <br /> Gregory Gardner, Architect. These drawings show Site Layout, <br /> New Parking, New Toilet Facilities w/ handicap layout. <br /> and £ros3on Contro Plan stamped and signed <br /> 2. Finish Gra~ing <br /> by Kampe Associates, Inc. This has been submitted and <br /> approved by DEQ and Permit No. 1200-C issued 5/10/95, File <br /> number 108623. <br /> 3. Steel Building Drawings and Calculations, dated 5/24/95, <br /> stamped and signed by structural engineer Arlie Lenhardt <br /> of Pacific Building Systems. <br /> 4. Concrete Foundation, Floor Plans and all details, Sheets <br /> S-1 through S-5, complete with engineering calculations. <br /> These are stamped and signed by Miller Consulting Engineers. <br /> 5. Fire Sprinkler plans showing the new building service from <br /> the existing reservoir pond. The building space interior <br /> sprinkler plans will be submitted shortly for approval. <br /> 6. Electrical Service plan for the new building. General <br /> overhead lighting is shown. <br /> <br />The one item not addressed at this time with regards to this permit <br />application and these plans is the sewage disposal system for the new <br />toilet room. <br />Because of the lack of perkability of Columbia Helicopters ground <br />they have been attempting to discuss with the Oregon Aeronautics <br />Board the use of an additional portion of Aurora Airports runway <br />grass/earth border for a drainfield. This is as it now exists <br />for the drainfield for Columbia's present building complex. Due <br />to past strike situation with the State workers they have been <br />unable to conduct meaningful discussions about this subject at <br />this time. <br />Even though this information about sewage disposal is not included <br />at this time, Iam requesting you review these submitted building <br />plans and specifications and issue a building permit for the <br />structure. We are anticipating that within the next thirty days <br />a sewage disposal plan will be submitted to DEQ for their approval. <br />I make this request with Columbia Helicopters full knowledge that <br /> <br />FILE <br /> <br /> <br />
