Wha 1 en and the County of Marion, State of Oregon, in consideration of the land use <br /> <br /> ~lacement of a dwe/llng on pro~erty d~sowbed ~$ follows, to-wit; <br /> <br />Beginning at a point which is South 89°55' Weet 18.58 chains and North 58° West <br />13.10 chains from the Southeast corner of the Joseph LaForte Donation Land Claim <br />NO, 39 in Township 3 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian in Marion <br />County, Oregon; thence North 58° West 3.25 chains along the center of the Butte- <br />ville and Aurora County Road; thence North 32°30' East 6.17 chains; thence South <br />58° Fast 3.25 chains; thence South 32030' West 6.17 chains to the point of <br />beginning; being situated in the Joseph LaForte Donation Land Claim in Township <br />3 South, Range 1 West of the Willamette Meridian in Marion County.
