Inspection
Attn: Tony
285 Church, Rm. 132
Salem, OR 97301

RE: 600 9TH, AUMSVILLE, NEW CONSTRUCTION, Permit #61100DP

Dear Tony:

It has come to our attention that the foundation for the
construction of a single-family home at 600 9th is ._TWO %NC_M~S
within the 20' fro~tyard setback requirement; making the distance
19 feet and 10" from the property line. Further, the sideyard
foundation is three inches into the setback on the north side of
the house.

It is the determination of the City of Aumsville to allow the
house to remain intact with these errors. However, Mike Kubishta
of Keizer Building and Design will request a lot-line adjustment
for the sideyard problem. Mr Knbishta has bee~ instructed to
"double check" the measurements before foundatzons are formed for
all homes constructed from this date forward to assure the City
of Aumsville that the foundations are beyond the 20' setback from
the property line for the front yard, and 5' for the sideyards,
also from the property lines.

Therefore, please approve the inspection for 600 9th Street for a
19' and 10" frontyard setback, and a 4' 9" north, sideyard
setback.

Please check any future inspections carefully to make sure that
measurements have been taken from the property lines before
construction of any new foundations.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Have a nice day!

Ramona Hudson, CMC
Acting Administrator

c: Keizer Building & Design
