If so, I believe there will be enough spaoe to
install about 150 lineal feet of seepage trench. A similar amount of
seepage trench drainfield was installed to service the laundry room
and adjacent motel units in 1987. I expect about the same amount of
daily sewage flow load from the market and these motel units. Due to
the lack of space for future repairs, it is probably best not to
increase the sewage flow load by advertisement of public restrooms at
the market.

The repair should be completed at the earliest opportunity. There is
a current health hazard to the community caused by the surfacing of
sewage effluent which is ponded between the motel and the yellow
cabin.

Please make application for the repair permit at the City of Detroit.
Call, if you have any questions.
