Number 45, said northwest corner being identical with the northeast corner of the S.M. Fackler D.L.C. Number 43; thence S.21°24'20'E. along the southwesterly line of said D.L.C. Number 45, being identical with the northeasterly line of said D.L.C. Number 43 and a portion of the northeasterly line of the P. Bisconnet D.L.C. Number 44, 2776.27 feet to the southwest corner of said D.L.C. Number 45, being identical with the re-entrant corner of said D.L.C Number 44; D.L.C. Number 45, being identical with the re-entrant corner of said D.L.C.
