To protect <br />natural resources and conserve scenic and historic areas and open spaces. <br />There are no scenic, historic, or natural resources identified in the MCCP on the subject <br />or nearby properties. Goal 5 is satisfied. <br />Goal 6: Air, Water and Land Resources Quality. To maintain and improve the quality of <br />the air, water and land resources of the state. <br />The parcel is not within an identified ground water overlay or any big game habitat. <br />Farm/forest designation and zoning will allow forest uses and perhaps a future dwelling. <br />The Marion County Code contains development standards related to septic system <br />requirements that will have to be met if development occurs. Normal residential use <br />would not emit excessive particulates or noise. In -place regulations will maintain the <br />level of air, water and land resources.
