635 8TR ST SE, AUMSVILLE <br />94-03462 (57B92) <br />November 21, 1994 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY OEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />Building Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the State of Oregon <br />1993 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty code. <br /> <br />A COPY OF THE APPROVED PLANS SHALL BE KEPT ON THE SITE OF THE BUILDING <br />OR WORK AT THE TINE OF THE INSPECTION. (R-111.2) <br /> <br />The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in. <br />within the first 10 ft., except as restricted by lot lines where the <br />fall will be a minimum of 6 in. regardless of the horizontal distance <br />available. (R-301.3) <br /> <br />Every sleeping room shall have at least one operable window approved for <br />emergency egress or rescue. The window sill height shall not be more <br />than 44 inches above the floor. The minimum net clear opening width <br />dimension shall be 20 inches. The minimum net opening height shall be <br />24 inches. The minimum net clear opening area shall be at least 5.7 <br />square feet. (R-210.2) <br /> <br />This house plan uses a combination of Brace Panels (BP) and Alternate <br />Brace Panels (ABP) to met the code rquirements for lateral wall <br />bracing. Insure that all BP's and A~P's are located as indicated <br />on the plans and constructed as shown. <br /> <br />This plan uses an ENGZNEEKEB DESIGN to meet the lateral wall <br />bracing requirements of the ~A~AGE.
