11642 WA/~BLER LN NE, AURORA <br />94-03408 (57804) <br />SeRtember 24, 1994 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> ORF-GON <br />COMMUNITY OEVELOPMENT <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />Building Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the state of Oregon <br />1993 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling Specialty Code. <br /> <br />A copy of approved plans shall be kept on the site of the building or <br />work at the time of inspection. (R-iI1.2) <br /> <br />Poundation walls shall extend at least 6 in. above the finished grade to <br />the foundation at all points. (R-304.2) <br /> <br />Foundation plates shall be bolted to the foundation with minimum <br />1/2 inch diameter by 10 inch anchor bolts embedded at least 7 inches <br />into concrete or reinforced masonry and spaced not more than 6 feet <br />apart with a minimum of 2 bolts per piece with one bolt within 12 inches <br />of the end of each piece. Figure (R-303) <br /> <br />The structural supports for decks, balconies, porches er similar <br />structures shall be pressure-treated wood to protect against decay. <br />(R-309.1) <br /> <br />5. THE SHED SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED USING STANDARD FRAMING TECHNIQUES. <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the Jurisdiction. Reviews or inspections <br />presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the <br />dwelling code or of other ordinances of the Jurisdiction shall not be valid. <br /> <br />DAW <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this sheet is attached to plans <br /> <br /> <br />
