Nail
3/4" plywood for diaphragm action ~ 10d common 4" OC edges, 12" OC interior supports and 2
1/2" OC staggered at all botmdaries.

2) Place vertical reintbrcing #4 (7 12" OC at 3" from the inside wall race to centerline of
#4 bend and extend into the down footing inside the building at 3" clear from the bottom face.
Horizontal steel should be #4 ~ 12" OC, lap all ends 16" and all corners 16".

3) Reinforcing steel should be deformed bars with a yield strength of 40,000 psi.

4) All concrete should be 3000 psi compressive strength placed at 3" maximum slump.

5) A~chor bolts (1/2" x 8") spacing should be at 2' or less where the earth backfill is 6.5
fcct or greater against the basement wall and 3' on centers where the backfill is less than 6.5 feet
deep.
