BE KEPT ON TEE SITE OF THE EUZLDING <br />OR WORK AT TEE TIME OF THE INSPECTION° (R-111.2) <br /> <br />The grade away from foundation walls shall fall a minimum of 6 in, <br />within the first 10 ft., except as restricted by lot lines where the <br />fall will be a minimum of 6 in. regardless of the horizontal distance <br />available. (R-301.3) <br /> <br />Foundation walls and other vertical concrete exposed to the weather <br />shall have a minimum specified compressive strength of 3000 psi. <br />Porches, carport slabs, garage floor slabs and steps exposed to the <br />weather shall have a minimum specified compressive strength of 3500 psi. <br />Table NO. (R-302.2) <br /> <br />Foundation walls shall extend at least 6 in. above the finished grade to <br />the foundation at all points. (R-304.2) <br /> <br />This basement wall is being reviewed as an engineered design. Ail <br />construction details shown on the plans and/or the attached S 1/2" x 11" <br />engineering detail sheets shall be followed. <br /> <br />This house plan uses a combination of Brace Panels (BP) and Alternate <br />Erace Panels (caP) to met the code rquirements for lateral bracing. <br />Insure that all BP's and ABP's are located as indicated on the plans and <br />constructed as shown on the plans and the attached 8 1/2x11" detail <br />sheets, <br /> <br />INS%rRE THAT ~ CONSTRUCTION R~QUIREMENTS GIVEN IN THE ENGIMEBRING <br />I%EPORT ARE FOLLOWED.
