Box 900 <br />DETROIT, OEEGON 97342 <br /> <br />FILE <br /> <br />SUBJECT: SITE 594-3536, T=10S, Rz5E~ S:O1, SE FO T/L=100 0.80+/_ AC. <br />SITE ADDRESS= PARTITION: 310 DETROIT ROAD. DETROIT, OREGON 97342 <br /> <br /> Our office has completed the evaluation for the proposed installation of <br />an on-site sewage system. The septic system is proposed to serve a two or <br />three bedroom residence on the property. <br /> <br /> Based on the results of this study, on-site sewage disposal appears <br />feasible for the property. Approval is for the installation of a STANDARD <br />SEWAGE DISPOEAL SYSTEM, as described in the attached construction detail and <br />setback sheets. <br /> <br /> This approval is given on the basis that the lot or parcel will not be <br />further partitioned or subdivided and that conditions on this property and on <br />adjacent properties are not altered in any manner which would prohibit the <br />issuance of a permit. Soils in the approved area shall not be altered or <br />modified by cutting, filling, or other developmental activities which would <br />impede the successful operation of the initial or replacement soil absorption <br />systems. Failure to comply with the above items may void this approval. <br /> <br /> This report ig n~t a permit to ~nsta_l.1 the sewage syste~ A permit must <br />bR..obtained before anv svstemconstruction oc~urs~. A permit may be issued only <br />after the property has been found to be compatible with applicable LCDC <br />acknowledged local comprehensive land use plan. A Statement of Land Use <br />compatibility or its equivalent is required before a construction permit can <br />be issued. <br /> <br /> A detailed plot plan, d~awn to scale (ex. 1" = 60'), must be submitted <br />with the permit application before the construction-installation permit can be <br />issued. The system must be installed by the property owner or a DEQ licensed <br />septic installer. <br /> <br /> This site evaluation report is valid until an on-site sewage system is <br />installed pursuant to the construction permit obtained from this office, or <br />until earlier cancellation pursuant to the Environmental Quality Commission <br />rules. Subject to ~he above, this ~eport runs with the land and will automati- <br />cally benefit subsequent owners. <br /> <br /> Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8=00 to 4:30.
