EXHIBIT B

At the present time there is no potable water or other water available at the site. A
water system is under design but the water system and approved water source will not
be available until mid-1994 at the earliest.

The entirep ro'ectj .site will be served by a sewag.e treatment sy.stem _ The sewage,,
system has been approved by Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ),
permit #WQ 94 DOM-0041. Construction for the sewage collection and treatment
system is planned for 1994. DEQ has stated that temporary sanitary systems using
conventional drain fields can be utilized for two or three of the permanent structures.
Also, daemical toilets may be used if there are no flush toilets or devices with drains
utilized.

The proposed building, as described in the application, is a log cabin designed and
constructed by Wein Log Homes. It is our intention to assemble the outside
framework at the present time and finish the cabin in the spring or summer of 1994. It
is necessary that the outside framework--logs--be assembled to avoid warping of the
logs. There is no intended use for this cabin until the water system and sewage system
~-perrnanent or temporary--are constructed.
